Carroll Harper began his career in financial services as a captive agent with a large insurance carrier whose services were focused in the senior market. In 1981, he opened an independent agency focusing on Long Term Care Insurance planning. Today he is recognized as a leading authority on Long Term Care Insurance planning.
Servicing our senior clients requires patience, knowledge, and a sincere concern in determining their individual Long Term Care Insurance needs. This entrusted service begins with our first introduction and continues throughout the life of the business. Never is this more apparent than at the time of the Long Term Care claim.
This service has been the foundation of our organization. In fact, our motto reads: “Unequaled Committment to service”.
Upon purchase of an Insurance Policy and in order to provide insurance quotes, Carroll Harper and Associates, Inc. will ask you to provide your personal information including, name, address, phone number, email address, Date of Birth and Social Security number. For the purpose of finding the best policy for our client, medication lists and a health history may be requested.
In order to protect the privacy of our clients, any and all personal information that we acquire through our website, email, client medical records or in person will not be shared, sold, traded or transferred unless we are properly authorized by our client to do so. We will provide only minimum essential information to the insurance company when you purchase an insurance policy.
We will keep a record of the client’s information at our office. If our client provides credit card information or a check for payment of policies, a copy of the application as well as a copy of the check will be kept on file.
All employees and Insurance Agents have been instructed to protect and maintain the privacy of each client.
